Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Hi friend! 👋 Before you join the Harmonia Designs Affiliate Program, please take a moment to read through these simple guidelines. I’ve kept it clear, kind, and easy to understand, because nobody has time for complicated legal stuff, right?

By signing up as an affiliate, you're agreeing to the terms below. These help me to create a fair, safe, and fun experience for everyone.


1. Getting Started


1.1 Who Can Join

Anyone, anywhere in the world can apply! I welcome kind, helpful humans from all walks of life. (I do reserve the right to decline applications if needed, but no hard feelings, promise.)

1.2 Your Affiliate Dashboard

Once you're approved, you’ll get access to a personal dashboard where you can track your link clicks, sales, and earnings.


2. Being a Good Affiliate


2.1 Share with Kindness

Feel free to share your affiliate link through social media, emails, blogs, or chats with friends, but please avoid spammy, misleading, or icky sales tactics. Keep it kind, honest, and helpful.

2.2 Using My Graphics & Branding

You can use the graphics and materials I provide to help promote. Just don’t change them or use my/my business' name in ways that feel confusing or off-brand.

2.3 Play by the Rules

Please follow any local or online laws about sharing affiliate links (like letting people know it’s an affiliate link, especially important in places like the U.S. or Europe!). *Always disclose that the link you are sharing is an affiliate link BEFORE sharing it.


3. Commissions & Payments


3.1 How Much You Earn

You’ll earn:

  • 40% on PLR products
  • 30% on courses
  • (If a product has a different rate, I'll always make that clear.)

3.2 How Tracking Works

I use cookies to track sales from your link for 30 days. If someone clicks your link first, even if they click someone else’s later, you’ll still get the credit.

3.3 When You Get Paid

I send out payments monthly (may switch to weekly in the future!) via PayPal, usually on Saturdays. No minimum payout, but you’re responsible for keeping your PayPal info up to date.


4. Account Rules


4.1 Ending the Partnership

I may need to pause or end affiliate accounts if there’s any behavior that feels dishonest, harmful, or just not in line with my values.

4.2 If It Ends

If your account is closed, you’ll need to stop using any of our graphics or links, and any unpaid commissions for invalid sales may be voided.


5. The Legal Bits


5.1 Ownership

All the content, branding, and products belong to Harmonia Designs. You’re welcome to share them (with love!), but not to claim them as your own.

5.2 No Liability

I'm not responsible for any unexpected tech issues, payment delays, or anything beyond what’s outlined here.

5.3 Changes to This Agreement

I may update these terms occasionally. If I do, continuing as an affiliate means you’re okay with the changes.

5.4 Just So We're Clear

You’re not an employee or partner of Harmonia Designs - just a lovely supporter helping spread the word. 💛

5.5 What Laws Apply

Since I sell digital products globally, these terms apply no matter where you live. If legal stuff ever comes up, I’ll handle it in a way that makes sense for my business and my community.
